Products: All sizes are approximate because all of our products are made 100% by hand. There may be and likely will be some variance in sizes from those shown on the web site and shipped. If you have questions about sizes please do not hesitate to contact us so we may help you further.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa) online, by phone, fax and mail. We accept checks & money orders by mail. Please add 5 days for checks & money orders to clear your bank before we will ship your order. Returned checks will be assessed a $15 return check fee.
Shipping Methods/Timeframes: The Craft Pedlars uses UPS Ground as our preferred shipping method. If you prefer another shipper, or shipping method, shipping charges will be calculated according to that shipper's standards. You must include a complete street address for all orders shipped with UPS. If you choose, you can opt to have your order shipped to an address other than your own. You may send items to multiple addresses, but you must place a separate order for each address.
Shipping Shipping arrival times will vary from state to state. Since we are located in Concord, (Northern California) and it may take up to 8 business days for a ground package to be delivered to Maine for example. You may also choose a method to have your order delivered quicker then other other methods. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
....If you need packages to be sent UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air please ensure that you submit your order before 11:00 AM PST (-8 GMT) Monday through Friday. If you place an order on the weekend it will not be entered until the start of the next following business day.

7-Day Return Policy: If you do not feel that your purchase meets your needs, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us that you intend to return it. Returns must be received within 10 days after you received the merchandise. You have your choice of replacing the item or receiving a credit for the amount of the purchase only. It is your responsibility to return your purchase. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Claims: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damages or loss in transit must be filed with the carrier within 10 days. Claims after 14 days from the date of the invoice will not be honored.
Shortages: Please check all cartons before reporting claims. All orders are double checked for accuracy both in count as well as quality prior to shipment. Shortages must be filed within 3 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item: Please include the packing slip with your shipment, indicate the reason for the return. We will promptly assess the circumstance and replace or exchange any item or provide the credit as outlined above. Send the package securely wrapped, pre-paid to the address indicated on the shipping label. If your packing slip is unavailable please call TOLL FREE 1-877-PEDLARS or email shipping@pedlars.com. If you are returning an item that is not damaged or defective, the return fees WILL NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items must be resaleable and not damaged or they will not be refunded.
UPS, USPS and FedEx are our only preferred carriers for sending back returns because they provide shipping insurance and tracking services. Please remember that The Craft Pedlars are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest using insurance and request a signature.
Items Out of Stock: We will be unable to backorder any items currently out of stock. You will need to check our website for the status of an item before placing your order. Items not shown are no longer availbale.
